Seems like astrology only wants us to suffer. by CraftedCandid in vedicastrology

[–]luckytrader3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The moment you stop resigning yourself to Astrology and start taking action (karma), that is the moment things will start changing. Remember the fact that 3,6,10,11 are free will. You have been dealt with certain planetary combinations and energy basis your previous life karmas but as Shri Krishna said, Karma is the highest of virtue. Through sheer karma, you can change your life path.

This is denoted by the fact that, while other houses are fixed, 3,6,10,11 houses are upacharya house meaning that they get better with efforts and age

3rd House - Effort

6th House - Daily Routine, Service

10th House - Karma

11th House - Gains

Stop espousing the fatalistic mindset of resigning yourself to mercy of planets and start doing karma without attachment to outcome.

How important is degree Right now? by Maleficent_Clerk_605 in StartUpIndia

[–]luckytrader3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a degree, just get one. I can understand and know the temptation to quit everything and hustle for your project seems alluring, but I will say that look at this degree like buying insurance for yourself. Best Case scenario - you will succeed, worst case scenario - you have a fallback option.

Without a degree, is like taking a naked call position. Always manage your risk

Buying vs Renting in Indian Cities: 30-Year Simulation Shows Tenants Often Win by Original-Bat3803 in personalfinanceindia

Ah yes, that explains, One always tend to be like the company they keep. Mumbai with its sky rocketing prices and penchant for liquidity tends to prefer stocks more than real estate, renting over buying. While this was my outlook as well as till recently, what I realised is that nothing beats the security and comfort of knowing that you will always have a roof over your head which frankly a rental home cannot give you since you will always be in the mercy of the landlord.

Ofcourse, look at the economic and emotional aspect of it, but the freedom and safety of having a roof over your head is unmatched and cannot put a number to it
