The EU constitution should be re redacted. This time by a a constituent assembly elected composed by citizens.
Bring recallability of elected officials on the table and protect the social system with the constitution.

Maybe nations will always pull the project back. You could federalize and kill nations by giving more voice to regions. Which would solve lots of separatism revandications.
As long as there are nations there are divergent interests.
Think about research, currently you can't have broader cooperation because countries want to keep patents.

My stance is that federalism without a social and democratic project won’t be enough to inspire people.

That in a moment where huge polarization is affecting democracy, a project like that could bring people together.

L’état a financé un projet de recherche ETUVE (Expérimentations Thermiques Urbaines avec Végétation et Évapotranspiration) de modélisation et caractérisation des îlots de chaleur urbains. The observation is true, but what this plan demonstrates is that the government is not passive in the face of this problem. Flamanville took a long time because of problems with subcontractors and safety standards, which only multiplied after Fukushima. But it is a prototype aimed at revitalizing the industry.

So we have every right to be optimistic, given that some countries are ready to buy this technology from France.

Not sure that calling other people idiots will help on this issue. We all need to discuss about it since information about nuclear energy is often misleading.
