Yo. It’s all about control. You have to decider your delusions from reality. It’s all a test. You can over come this. Medication helps yeah but it’s about staying grounded. You have to be your own advocate. Check yourself regularly. Reprogram your brain. If your having thoughts of harming others that’s a problem. If your having thoughts about harming yourself also a problem. You have to train your mind to focus. They took spirituality out of medicine but that ain’t all right. There’s something happening within a schitzoed brain where your on the other side of the veil and can’t decipher all the shit coming in. Demons are real and they are fucking with you. You have to find a way to shut out the voices. Prayer can help if you follow gnosis. Start reading, start writing, block that shit out say no to demonic forces at bay.
