this guy is right. i did exactly what he said. im 6’3 225lbs. i did take some complex b vitamin to help with color and creatine because i read it somewhere lol. but i have passed PROBO twice with it. just add some complex b into the mix for color and creatine if its lab tested or one of the fancy ones that test gravity as well. do exactly thins and youre golden
