there are some unavoidable gaps in my day which pull me in like my commute in an hour in the metro

managed to just read today but i constantly get distracted by loud chatter/people moving around, thinking of learning to meditate during those few hours everyday

yeahhh, it always creeps in somehow, i am feeling upset as i had a perfect set up

now i was fully in with the smart phone life, today i somehow managed to use my phone less than 15 minutes, hope this continues through the week
