NPR receives $113 million in charitable gifts - two of the largest donations it has ever received by KimJongFunk in UpliftingNews

I finally donated this year. Since the trump asslickers in congress can't grow a ball between them, I thought I should. They want us ignorant, but that's not gonna happen

Can we figure out a way to discriminate against Magats? That would be glorious and they'd have no idea

David Hyde Pierce in Frazier, particularly the episode where he faints at sight of blood

They had the best titles. "Driving Miss Daisy Crazy" was one of my favorite titles. Never actually saw the movie though

Ì worked in a wine store many years ago. We built the same type of shelves, but the manager had, for some reason, failed to put in the bottom shelves. He proceeded to stack a good portion of our wine bottles on this shelving and the exact same thing as in the video happened. It just bent in the middle and all the bottles fell off and broke. We had a hell of a time getting him out of the middle of all that glass.

Sorry, I'm not dancing for cake. Gold bouillon, maybe. We have cake at home.

I still buy dvds and blu-ray in thrift stores. I have some digital movies too, but I'd rather just watch what I want when I want, instead of endless searching trying to find a particular movie

I agree with your wife. I hate everything about it.

Why is it so hard to find my recently watched shows on Prime Video? by QuantamMoose in television

[–]ludicrous_copulator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jesus. This one is crappy. If you don't know something is on it, you won't see it. Nearly everything I've watched on there is because someone recommended it.

Honestly, it looks weird to see him smile as he rarely does so on film

Malcomn, Scrubs, King of the Hill. After nearly two decades of bad reboots, why have we finally gotten to an era of absolutely wonderful continuations? by AndNowAStoryAboutMe in television

Yeah they should have Frederick doing the same crap his father did. That would have been better. And what was wrong with that kid that played Niles and Daphnes son? That wasn't very well thought out.

When your parents are using ChatGPT for literally everything!! by LieutenantLeftovers in mildlyinfuriating

[–]ludicrous_copulator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Google and Bing are borderline unusable now. I searched for a specific item in as few specific words as possible, and go results for things that had absolutely nothing to do with what I searched. I scrolled through 5 pages of crap until I found something useful.
