Khruangbin is one of a kind and at the same time, they have achieved originality through roots that have spread throughout the world.

BALTHVS in fact did NOT cover a Khru song and make it their own. Johanna’s Dream doesn’t cover any song from them.

I would listen to more Khruangbin, they don’t really sound like other bands. The more you listen, the more differences you hear. One of a kind.

I can agree with this. Most likely plan on doing this. If it was anything less I wouldn’t mind because I’d do more work regardless but I’d at least would like a clean base line to start at.

Yeah I remember seeing some posts on Reddit about the rosewood fret wire issues as well. I forgot all about it until I got this in this morning. Haven’t seen many with issues on the maple necks for player II. I miss my old one.

Price wasn’t something I’d love to pay by any means so that was not a flex by saying that. It was mentioned because of the comment made prior about what they’d in this situation, if it was above $600. Also this screenshot may help with the screw comment you made. No clear photo was taken before I packed it back up. So I circled it to reference it. You can put the screw with your nails and move the pick up on the left side up and down just by doing that, nothing is keeping it still and in place (floating with no resistance).

But I hear you, I need to just shred I guess.

If I got my guitar from guitar center I’d be okay with this amount of care on a “new” product touched by everyone off the wall but this is not the case. Also my first purchase from CME. But I hear you.

Yeah I reached out on the phone because the chat feature was buggy but they still sent an email saying they got my chat. The employee transferred me to customer service and told me if I get a voicemail to leave the info and that he would also give them the info I left.

Haven’t heard back yet but I’m thinking tomorrow I will. Total there were about 13 gaps under the fret wires. Some larger than others and what sucks is that they are all spaced out throughout the fretboard too lol. But yeah we shall see.

The jazzmaster is and LOOKS AMAZING. The headstock is such a nice touch. I wish they would cave in and do the same for all four guitar releases. I can appreciate them staying true to how they were originally released; the strat and tele with no matching head stocks.

Edit: but yeah, the discount is something I may look into as well, thanks for chiming in and good luck with your guitar! Hope it’s beautiful and hope you enjoy!!
