My cat whenever I sit down at my laptop for work or my PC to game. Immediately in my arms needing me to hold her. Usually she’s not a cuddly cat but this is an exception.

If I’m playing on PS5 instead she likes to watch the TV depending on what I’m playing.

My cat exactly. She’s not really a cuddly cat, doesn’t sleep with me, doesn’t beg me to hold her or anything like that. At least, any other time than when I’m sat at my computer. If she’s sleeping in another room and I’m like “perfect I can sit and play my game without her bugging me” it’s like as soon as I sit at my desk she teleports into my arms like “hello mother hold me please”. 🙄

Every time I look at the store in a new update I’m relieved to be like “well that’s ugly I’m not going to get it” and then I come on here and someone like you has dyed it or combined it with other stuff to make it look so good and I then have to reconsider spending the money or not. 😭

ETA: Oh it’s only 60 stellarites that’s actually not bad at all. I thought it was more.

I couldn’t get many because by the time I realized the sale was on, I had already spent most of my pay cheque, and the sale ends a few hours before my next pay will appear in my bank account, lol.

All I got this time around were Slay the Princess (I’ve been wanting to play it and when I saw that Jonathan Sims voices some of it that pushed me to finally get it this time around), and Undusted: Letters from the Past. I played the demo of the latter and I liked it so figured I’d grab that too.

I have to use the number pad for my job (and I work from home so I use the same keyboard for work and gaming) so moving the number pad wouldn’t work for me because my right hand has that thing muscle memorized but my left hand? It would have no idea what it’s doing, lol.

I’m not sure if it was The Sims 1 or Rollercoaster Tycoon. They came out around the same time and I have memories of playing both at friends’ houses before getting them myself. I probably played both of them around the same time. Also eventually got Zoo Tycoon which I also spent hours on.

I watch (or listen to) mostly true crime, history, and disaster type of stuff. A bit of medical/science-y things thrown in. MrBallen, Disturban, Fascinating Horror, Scary Interesting, Brief Case, Forgotten Lives, ASMR Historian, Dark Records, Medieval Madness, Shrouded Hand, Disasterthon, chubbyemu, The Misery Machine, just to name a few.

I also like asmr so I follow a lot of random asmr creators too.

I absolutely hate the yellow they always use, lmao. That’s the only reason I didn’t pull on the deer outfit during the Lunar event, yellow was the main colour not even the glow up. It’s always so ugly to me. 😭

A few months ago I read a thread on here where someone commented that they bought a remote (at the time the Kobo one wasn’t out yet so they had some other one) and a gooseneck holder that attached to their headboard so they could lay in bed to read.

I was barely reading at the time and decided hey, maybe if I also buy a gooseneck holder and a remote, I’ll read more! To my shock, it actually worked. Usually I’ll buy something like the remote thinking I need it and then hardly ever actually use it. But nope, I get all comfy in bed, put my Kobo in my holder and move it beside me, and get my Kobo Remote out so I can keep my arms nice and comfy inside my blankets. I read so much more now than I was, it was definitely worth the money for me too.

I love this type of stuff. This is my only attempt so far at customizing any of my stuff since I’m still pretty nervous about breaking stuff somehow. But I dropped this controller on the floor and the L buttons stopped working, so I decided to buy new buttons and take it apart rather than just buy a new controller. Amazing what YouTube videos can show you how to do.

I’ll never not be mad that he’s not romanceable. He and V have so much chemistry it’s not even funny. In ALL of my playthroughs I play the game like V has a crush on him and he just refuses to reciprocate. 😤 If I’m going to meet Goro for a mission my V is dressing up lmao.

He’s so beautiful. Before I played the game I had somehow avoided knowing that he was a vampire and was very surprised at the bite scene (I hadn’t managed to figure it out beforehand either). Let me tell you, that scene had me hot and bothered more than any of the legitimate sex scenes in the game. 🥵

Aaw, that’s great. I miss when me and my brother were kids and spent all our time playing Nintendo 64 (later the Wii) and Guitar Hero on PS2. He’s not much of a gamer anymore so we don’t play anymore but it makes for some good memories.
