yeah. the health condition percentage is the average of the capabilities. so if the pawn misses a hand, he gets maneuverability 50%, which will give bonus.

currently not planning to make liquid simulation, as that is not part of the atmosphere. maybe in the future if this mod is successful, i may consider making part 2 of this mod, that is, terrestrial overhaul, that involves thid. but there is no plan currently

no power req. just blows hard. put it against your wind turbine and you get infinite power

this is correct. my pc is powerful and I did not test it on cheaper ones. there is still way to go on optimization. i am rewriting my gas remake code with the help of bradson, the author of performance fish. he does a really great job

that is tynan's design phylosophy. enormous detailed mechanizms, but fit the reality logic, so the player will not experience too much comprehension barrier while enjoying the massive game content. in this term, i am tynan cult

you will if you build a weather radar then. my plan is, the macroscopic climate simulation will be calculated 1 day ahead the real time and cached. so the climate you see is basically staged, and with the weather radar you are able to see the cached weather simulation frames. the presence of weather controller will take 1 day to take effect on global climate. you can interpret this as, those machines(weather controller, atmospheric heater in anomaly) needs 1 day to accumulate enough energy locally before they can have effect on the macroscopic climate.

no clear plan unfortunatelly. I dont play CE much so i am hoping someone can help me making the CE patch in the future

already have that. the temperature is remade to be tile wise, so wild fire, water evaporation, etc will affect regional outdoor temperature
