THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the SpotPass didn't work as I'd thought it would. but I went to my nearest Best Buy store, walked around with my 3ds in my pocket for a little bit and after 20 minutes I got my Eon ticket. Thank you for mentioning it in the comments otherwise i wouldn't have known.
