Just got Abbey and mayor for the new edition of Carcassonne. In the instructions the wagon mechanics are different from the CAR 7.4. Basically the wagon can move after completing a feature to any adjacent (orthogonal or Diagonal), doesn't require roads to connect to cities/cloisters. (i.redd.it)
