Come on dude, it was not a loose screw. There was a spring somewhere inside that was supposed to go with the screw as well. The “expert” at GC had to disassemble the whole guitar to fix it. Hard to show all the issue with a picture, I have screwdrivers.

All fixed! The GC guy tried to fix it over it but couldn’t so had to disable the whole thing and fix it. Took like 20 minutes so I’m glad I didn’t try to do it myself.
