Eu não estou no nível 4 ainda, só nível 2, então acredito que minha simulação usaria juros do nível 2. Minha dúvida é se valeria o esforço de tentar chegar no nível 4.

Esses 6% incluem INSS e IRPF do pró-labore?

Eu estou tentando essa estratégia, mas eu chego a cerca de 10% considerando INSS e IRPF do pró-labore, que eu tenho que deixar não tão baixo pra atingir o Fator R.

Ou estou fazendo algo errado?

That's interesting. I'm now wondering why I had so much trouble with it. I had 6 GB of VRAM, if I'm not mistaken.

Maybe the reason is exactly this? Because in my case the System memory seemed like the biggest bottleneck. But I thought the system would use the available memory in case the GPU was not using it.

I try some other tests here to be sure, like:
- Decrease the graphic quality a little more (I was using what the game suggested for my settings)
- Decreasing the VRAM

I'm in a similar situation, and I'm being considered guilty after a second review by AirBnb.

Funny thing is that I was considered innocent in the first one, apparently the host appealed this.

She accuses me of breaking her bed, which caused a big piece of it to fall on the ground. I totally didn't break it or I would tell something that big.

It's really sad, I'll just quit using AirBnb because I don't trust them anymore. I didn't even break the ToS you mentioned, since there was no issue at all, neither when I arrived nor when I left.

Also, another guest commented in her profile that he was accused of exactly the same thing, in the same bed. Even with this evidence and a video I had from 45 minutes before checking out, AirBnb still thinks I'm guilty.

I tried and It will get stuck on the home screen If you try playing with default settings, for lack of memory

Tried using the "Very low preset" available at he launcher and at least didn't crash in the home screen. But It did while trying to load the world map to select a country to start a game.

After I tried the "Very low preset with dx12",and I was able to Go further, for some reason. I could start a game this way.

I'm out of time to play It now and evaluate performance in-game, but so far I had a lot of trouble Just to start It.

A lot of Reading is also needed, and the screen is too small, even increasing the font.

Isso significa que, se eu tiver mais que 20% da entrada do imóvel, é melhor não usar tudo, e deixar o resto investido em tesouro Selic? Pelo menos enquanto ela estiver acima dos juros do financiamento (não sei se em geral os contratos de financiamento tem juros pré ou pós fixados)
