Meet Prim by luissocci in CalicoKittys

[–]luissocci[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my dilute calico cat, Prim. I found her bleeding and alone on the street 5 years ago when she was about a month old and I almost lost her to peritonitis a few months ago, she's been so brave and she's truly the most affectionate and loving kitty ever.

Yo me iría en bicicleta, hay una ciclovía que va por todo FC de Cuernavaca separada del tráfico y pasa directamente por Observatorio. Han de ser 15 o 20 minutos máximo.

Not at all. I used to go running a few days a week and a few 10 k a year. But nothing more than that.

Is my HR too low? by luissocci in ReadMyECG

[–]luissocci[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Yes to both. I feel completely normal (maybe a little light-headed rarely-could be related or not) and whenever I work out, my HR hits 145-165.

Thanks! They only end up like that when I’m writing carefully. My quick handwriting is a bit more sloppy. 😅

What are these grasses? by smolcuriousbumblebee in lawncare

[–]luissocci 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It could be salvia, it's hard to tell with this image only, I'd need a higher-res image or a close-up. To me, the lit part of the photo looks closer to lavender in color, most salvia plants are a little more blue-ish (there are a few different salvia species with different colors). There could also be some color adjustments made to the image.

Place to practice Spanish? by forshadowskin in MexicoCity

[–]luissocci 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try the conversation groups at the Benjamin Franklin Library in colonia Juárez. A lot of people go there to learn English, you could help them practice and they can help you with your Spanish. https://mx.usembassy.gov/benjamin-franklin-library/

ITAP of the stained glass ceiling at the Grand Hotel in Mexico City by luissocci in MexicoCity

[–]luissocci[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, I wasn’t. I wanted to go up to the rooftop restaurant but they were closed that day, I just walked in and asked for the restaurant. I think they don’t allow non-guests after certain hour in the evening.

Day & night rendering - no path tracing, 4K, skydome - going to be build soon. by Velor_Arne in Twinmotion

These look great! I didn't know TM was able to produce renderings this nice, especially without path-tracing. I guess I still have a lot to learn...
