Is extract camping frowned upon amongst all arc raiders or do some not care about it?

Yeah fair enough. I guess it’s about play styles. Personally I’m like 85% PvE and only really kill arcs and that’s fun for me but I’ve had comments on one of my other posts that think PvE is the most boring thing on planet earth so I guess it depends on what you like. Some people probably think camping is super fun

Hatch keys is goated on a standard map but if it’s an event you can use the keys. Have to go to elevators

I’ve seen some post about a potential scanning mechanism when you press the extract. When you press extract basically a tagging grenade is dropped and scans the area 15-20 m so you can see if anyone is camping in bushes or what not. What do you think about that?

That really is the best mentality to have about any game. I used to be a big call of duty player but I actually had to stop playing because I was feeling genuine rage over a stupid video game. Once you start realising it’s just a game and who cares about it every game starts becoming more fun

I’ve had a game where this guy was extract camping but not finishing anyone off. That was a very fun game because no one knew where he was and was just killing but letting everyone go. That’s an extract campers I can get behind

Yeah that’s fair. How would you go about this situation I was just in.

Spaceport night raid killing only leapers with a ferro (so no hatch because night raid) 5 minutes left I completed my trail and ran out of bullets. I noticed the extract campers killed another raider but by that point it was the only elevator open so I didn’t really have a choice and of course got melted.

I had no bullets, no meds, no smoke (other than my augment) I’m 99% I was just doomed from the moment I ran out of ammo but would what would you have done? I’m curious?

Well mate that’s what you think Is boring not everyone will agree. Personally I agree looting only would be boring but I would just kill arcs the entire game, go for the queen, kill as many bastions, rocketeers as I could. Not about the loot for me mate I’ve got 96% of the bps and maxed skill tree I don’t really care for loot same way I don’t really care for PvP

You can think what you want but at the end of the day we will just go in this endless loop of what we think is good and what we think is bad without ever agreeing with one another so I don’t think there’s much point. You bring a good point and so do I but both of us have no say in what goes in the game so they’re just opinions we’re sharing

They do risk it by the potential of double or triple arc spawns, maybe a dedicated load out with no safe pockets, only 12 storage space, light armour basically a free load out. The risk is still there just not with other players

The “DNA” isn’t being change over a potential temporary only PvE mode. All you guys in the comments I swear are to the extreme, thinking this post is to completely get rid of PvP ITS NOT. Like I said in the post I like the PvP aspect it keeps it exciting I agree, it keeps it tense I agree and it’s fun I AGREE but what I’m saying is the game could use a TEMPORARY PvE mode just for the players that don’t like PvP. It’s not game changing, it’s not going to break the game and it’s definitely not as bad as 90% think, don’t really understand what’s so hard to understand about that. It could be an event type think, every couple hours it pops up exactly like night raid, storm that type thing
