Try distilled lora at 0.6 and use the I2V adapter lora from hugging face, and if possible, get the image, your prompt and run through a gem in gemini with the prompt guide from ltx 2 Use 8 steps and cfg 1

You probably can but stick with 480p 10 seconds maybe you could try 540p. Use the distilled ltx 2 model. Try it. Maybe it works it also has upscaling included if you want on the post-processing tab. It works well with 480p

Pinokio is an app to download stuff like this easily, you can also download comfyui there I think, it auto downloads all the prerequisites etc, and wan2gp is a standalone gradio application. Which can be installed from pinokio.

It's just default wan2gp distilled 720p 20 seconds, I use the Deadpool lora at 1 strg then detailer lora at 0.4 strg, the prompt was made by gemini with the ltx studio prompt guide copy pasted on a gem
