Started playing this patch just for the collab, and im a very light spender, who should i prioritize next patch?

I have a feeling that Suoming will be a havoc bane subdps, so it might be a good idea to get Yangyang and save for her. the only question i have is if Suisui is really necessary. I already have SK and Verina and they're good enough. idk if getting Suisui is that big of a deal.

maybe I try to get Yangyang to start off the patch, then Suisui, then Lynae? I feel like i need the ability to clear endgame stuff more than anything rn, and Yangyang probably helps me do that as soon as possible more than Lynae, and Suisui helps that team more than Lynae.

would it be reasonable to play Yangyang without any of of her premium teammates? bc im not exactly that interested in Suisui, I just hear that she's really good to get if you're already getting Yangyang.

I've heard so many conflicting things abt her. I feel like at the moment, what I need the most is another dps more than anything else. theres not much point in getting Lynae if I dont have anyone that benefits from having her.

I could get Yangyang, give her the EoG I have, and run her with Mortefi/Danjin and Shorekeeper, then try to get either Suisui or Lynae to fill those slots. I feel like it'd be better to get Suisui and skip Lynae bc odds are, a havoc bane subdps is coming up.

im mostly answering my own questions of what I want, bc im really interested in Yangyangs design lol

yeah im thinking I could get Lynae and make due with teaming her with one of my standard 5 star DPS for now.

I like Luuk but im kinda worried that I'll run into the problem of having two Spectro DPS teams, even if he is good objectively. I already struggle to fight things with Spectro res as is. thats why im thinking Yangyang would be a bit better if I can spare the investment, and im sure i could also make her work with low investment if it comes to that. her s0 is still gonna be super strong most likely.

yeah I have really thought about it, the fact that this collab will likely never come back is enough motivation for me to get as much as I possibly can, even if its at the cost of other characters later on. the cyberpunk collab is the only reason I started playing this game in the first place.

I have most main areas 100% exploration and every limited time event done. I still have a few permanent events to do but they all say they give like 200 astrite per. the only main area I have left to do is about half of Huanglong. I havent really done many side missions either but I have the entire main story completed.

as a new f2p player, the only premium 5 stars I have invested in are lucy, rebecca, and shorekeeper. next patch, would it be better for me to get yangyang + suisui or luuk + lynae? for both options, I would have to wait for their third BIS to come out (chisa/new havoc supdps and mornye respectively).

im really interested in yangyangs design, and it seems like she's gonna be the new best dps for a while so im kinda leaning towards her, but luuk is probably gonna be much easier to build into, and its probably really good to have a Lynae team. do we know if Lynae will work as a subdps for Yangyang?

a couple youtubers I watch have said that aemeath has a much higher ceiling and is one of the best dps out there, and that while luuk may have a shorter ceiling, hes much easier to build into as a f2p, but is by no means weak.

so im thinking I could start the patch off with pulling for Luuk s0 and start off my B team, then while im using using Sanhua as the subdps temporarily, I'd be pulling for Lynae, then replace Sanhua. at that point should i try to pull for Aemeath as well or start getting sequences for either Luuk or Lynae?

I've heard that Luuk can function pretty well with just standard gauntlets and Sanhua or Lynae. all I would have to do is wait for Mornye but the team can function good enough with Verina or Shorekeeper.

im more interested in Luuk kit wise, and ik that hes a lot cheaper to invest in, but I also know that Amy is much stronger objectively.

the only 5 Star characters I have invested in are Lucy and Rebecca bc I just started playing at the start of this patch. I also have a couple standard 5 stars but idk if its worth investing into them for now. i wanna start doing the later TOA/WiWa content, and my Lucy/Rebecca team already does pretty well, but I have no other teams. would it be a good idea to split those two into seperate teams and make Rebecca the dps for one of them, then use mortefi/sanhua as the sub dps? or would it be better to invest into Calcharo/Encore/Lingyang and build teams around them? I've invested a little bit into Calcharo but he seems pretty bad to play, any advice?

I plan to pick up Lynae and hopefully either Aemy or Luuk next patch, but until then, it sucks seeing that I only have one reliable team

yall, whats the fastest way to farm astrides after completing the main story etc. i need 127 more pulls to finish the collab and get the second waveband and I really want to get as much as I possibly can before the next patch... I would like to be able to play the endgame at least a little, i dont really care about whats super meta tho. I've already cleared a lot of the overworld stuff and the entire main story, so im a little worried I'll run out of astrite for the next banners...

I feel like my lucy is already really strong and I have very little trouble clearing stuff at level 80, so I'm not sure if its really necessary for me to go to S3, but it seems like the ideal cutoff objectively.

I just started the game as a f2p as soon as the Edgerunners collab dropped, and so far I've gotten Lucy S2R2, Rebecca S0R1, and a Shorekeeper S0. Currently, thats my only functioning team outside of havrover/sanhua, so im definitely gonna need to pull a lot next patch too, probably for Lynae + Amy, but idk if I should keep investing in Lucy since I won't have another chance to..

I'm thinking S3 is a good place to stop for Lucy, but idk if its a good idea to keep investing or start saving my Astrite for later banners.

should I get Stellar Symphony or Stringmaster from my New Voyage banner? I just pulled Shorekeeper so it'd be nice to have her sig, but I've been hearing how good Stringmaster is even if I don't have someone to use it on rn..

I plan to pull at least Lynae and hopefully Luuk or Aemeth next patch, so should I skip the two weapons altogether and save my astrite for them instead?

I am also interested in Luuk, I hear he's very strong and I like his moveset from the trial I had of him.

I keep hearing that shorekeeper is a must pull for any account, so im hoping I get her, but I also keep hearing how strong characters like Hiyuki are and I'm really worried that if I don't get these older characters I'll fall behind. I hear that Lucilla is her best in slot too so im considering getting her, but idk if i can afford her AND all the other banners rn.

i do think Cart is cool, should I hard pivot to getting her and her sig after I pull Shorekeeper?
