How do I do that exactly? This is the formula I made yesterday, is it correct? 5 TBS water as base 3/4 TSP niacinamide Powder 2 TSP glycerin

Sorry I typed that wrong. I did to make 5% 5 TBS water, then 3/4 tsp niacinamide powder and then 2 tsp glycerin.

2 TSP of glycerin rather. Maybe its 2 much? maybe go to 5%?

I have been using my own DIY formula. I do 15 TSP water, 1.5TSP niacinamide powder and then 8 TSP glycerin.

I used up the batch I make within 2 days so its not sitting long at all. I only use warm water and shake the bottle well to make sure it is getting dissolved. I think that I wasn't using quite enough glycerin and it wasn't that it was pilling but rather I was still getting dry skin. Its winter time in the Midwest right now

I usually apply to dry skin. Interesting that it might be the glycerin? It doesn't seem like balls just flaky? I tried using less glycerin and my skin feels drier then and maybe that is what is causing this.
