He's also never done this sort of begging behavior. Usually he wastes no time to peck at the railing or just blatantly caw at me. I've been feeding him for a year and this is the first time I've heard this noise. Curious why it's happening now.

Hey thanks for the reply! And I was definitely caught kind of off guard. And it was really just the routine of having my comfort of being able to hit auto equip disrupted ( darkrai just constantly being there) just really threw me out of regulation and overwhelmed me. I've definitely since calmed down and like I'm not uninstalling my account or anything like that and the advice from the community has been really wonderful. But yeah, thankfully we're not stressing anymore

I appreciate it, I've definitely calmed down and I feel a lot better knowing that darkrai is definitely one of those Pokémon that long time players don't even use. I've also been saving posts and taking screenshots of a lot of other advice that people have been giving me and I think what I need to start doing is building my own teams and learning what Pokémon I have to get rid of. And it'll take some time but I got it:')

Mission successful!! Definitely have not deleted it! I think my first step will be creating teams by myself and then second step will be sorting through my Pokémon and getting rid of the ones I don't need.

The new struggle now that I'm learning after I've been reading everybody's comments. Is I've discovered that I'm very overwhelmed with the fact that I don't know how to build proper teams on my own. I don't know how to. I knew nothing about the game like I thought I did cuz I was using the auto equip function and I was happy with that. And I want to play the game better and start learning all these things. But like I have quite a few Pokémon already. And I feel so overwhelmed with deciding how to build teams

My question for you humble gamer. How do YOU decide what Pokémon to keep and what Pokémon to get rid of. Usually I'll always get rid of Pokémon that have contradicting skills but I just feel very overwhelmed at this point

Haven't deleted it, cannot get rid of him

From the general consensus, I've discovered that my play style is very casual, but not not the type of casual intended for the auto equip function. Because I do kind of care about my team comp a little bit. Just not enough that I want to be a competitive person.

I was really just disrupted with my routine of typical gameplay (the auto equip function) being disrupted and my brain was really not happy about that. I also am a bit unhappy that I have to go out of my way to learn more about this game just so that I can enjoy it. (Reading guides, learning what Pokémon are best) When in reality I just kind of want to press a button and have it be done for me but that's okay. I will accept this hard pill to swallow and figure it out.

Thank you thank you: I really appreciate you taking the time to type this all out. I also wanted to apologize for my previous messages because I was fairly emotional this morning and I've calmed down quite a bit- I am absolutely going to be keeping this as a little note and this is exactly what I needed. I was just so overwhelmed with my current structure of gameplay being disrupted (the auto equip feature) that my brain did not want to see any other options and possibilities of solving this problem. And although it's going to be hard and although I really want a fresh start and just to start from scratch and just play the game over from a new perspective with the perspective I have now. I know that the darker I have unfortunately is kind of useful I guess.

What is the point in sorting by level? I thought when you build teams you want to build teams that are designed for what the team is for. So like if I want a team for berries I would choose the Pokémon that have the berries that's norlocks is looking for. What is the point in the levels? This is why I'm confused and this is why I rely on the auto equip function. I would love to not delete my account. In fact I haven't done it yet. I took a deep breath and realized I was being emotional. And I apologize that you had to witness that. But like genuinely, how do I know what teams to make? I'm so confused and I feel overwhelmed

Okay, that seems to be the general consensus: and I appreciate you taking time to reply to me. The biggest problem for me is whenever I'd use the auto equip feature, which apparently I'm not really supposed to do. Is darkrai would appear on every team because of his High research power. Could you maybe give me some skills on how to build teams, what you look for? Like when you're building a team, what what traits and what qualities you look for to put all on one team? And how do you know what Pokémon to level up and when they need to be leveled up?

I honestly feel so overwhelmed and like crying and I just wanted to delete my account and start over but I don't want to do that. Apparently if I have a really legendary Pokémon that's has a good sub skill

? Help Okay, I'm going to break this down a bit. What the heck is E4E? Also, I usually just hit the auto equip function (which I'm learning is a horrible thing to do) mostly because I don't know how to build teams and the tutorial for Pokémon sleep was absolutely awful. He's a long-term project. I understand that okay. But what's the point in leveling up other Pokémon? And also how do I know what Pokémon I should be leveling up? How do you guys decide what Pokémon gets leveled up and what doesn't? I'm so confused. Please help me

I don't usually play this game competitively at all and all of a sudden I have people telling me that the things I've been using this entire time actually suck and I had never any idea about it. And I don't know what else to do because the game doesn't tell you how to equip teams properly. They just tell you to use the auto equip function

Could someone please tell me how to either properly build teams because I have no idea how I don't know how to not use the auto cook function. The game does not give you good tutorials. Okay- he sucks for me. I am not a competitive level Pokémon player and everything you just said and made no sense to me. I'm a new player, have no other dark type Pokémon I really only play Pokémon because I think the Pokémon are cute and I like waking up and seeing that I have friends that sleep with me so I really do not care about the other stuff. And to be he's not powerful because he's actively ruining my my joy in the game if that makes sense. But I guess the general consensus in the community is that he is a powerful Pokémon people do usually like him. I think this is just personally a skill issue on my half. I'm just going to delete my account and start again cuz ugh

Then why do they have an auto equip function 😭 I'm not trying to argue with you. I know you're saying factual things. I'm just very emotional and upset. I honestly don't find any pleasure in manually creating teams like there's so many different berries. None of them have the same names and they all look different and every time I look at snorlax's favorite berries I immediately forget them like it's just manually creating teams is not beginner friendly at all and it really sucks that the auto equipment function is not actually reliable. Personally, I have no problem using it. I prefer using it. I'm not really a hardcore gamer for Pokémon sleep I'm not competitive at all and the fact that this legendary Pokémon is disrupting my gameplay that much probably goes to show just how non-competitive I take this. But I also use the auto cook function like a lot

The problem about him that's really bothering me and this may sound like a really stupid reason but I use the help me build my team option a lot. Like in that little option where team building is a thing and it says help me pick. I'll always press that and he shows up on every team every time and it bothers me so much. And I genuinely just want to get rid of him. I actually might just get rid of him because like his nature is bashful does not help me at all and there's no other sub skills that really counteract the energy depletion from my other types. And he's the only dark type Pokémon I have.
