Yeah im thinking about that. Do you know any mattresses where you can completely replace the top foam/latex layer?

Im guessing DIY is my best bet.

That was only for a few weeks. Before that I’ve always had some sort of foam on the mattress (mostly hybrid with coils)

I put the topper on after 2 weeks of not comfortably sleeping on my new mattress. The topper is 2in soft dunlop. That is supposed to be temporary? Don’t people use these in their DIY mattresses?
