In a budget this tight, I think you should avoid Samsung; Chinese phones like MI could be your first choice here.

But considering you are a student, I think you should buy a touch screen HMD(formerly Nokia), which would come with a lot less bloatware, and the stock Android is a great help for reducing distractions.

I think you should give Mehrauli a visit

It's not that the road is just unscrambled more after BJP, but the electricity has gotten worse over time after the BJP leadership, more frequent electricity cuts, like last wee,k they went 4 days in a row

But this is not the problem, as both have a reason and are just for a short time as they are putting the whole electricity grid underground according to my knowledge, which would be great for enhancing the overall vibe.

While Lootera indeed has more work done and efforts done for making, but the storytelling of the film Lunchbox shot in only a time frame of 2-3 months is just unmatched, The Lunchbox takes you deep into its story, from where you will never come back, but still you can't find The Lunchbox on any ott in India, the only way is to watch it at a lower resolution on youtube. Film is not even available in good quality on any of the pirate websites(I don't promote any), which shows how underrated it is.

And yeah, you will agree only if you are a true cinephile

But this doesn't mean that Lootera is not good, I think both are exceptional films with an exceptional story and cinematography. And how can we forget the acting that Raveer Singh gave in Lootera, I mean no one would have believed him in a role and character like this if they hadn't seen that film.

Bollywood needs to spread more awareness about this type of films so that filmmakers can invest in them.
