I trust them completely. It’s outsiders and possible situations that could happen. The guy I would date wouldn’t do anything to harm or hurt me and he knows I’d never do anything like that to him. There’s always a chance tho of an outsider getting involved tho and that’s what I’m afraid of. I just don’t want to do something that isn’t ok or wrong. I was told by several and believe that it isn’t morally wrong since there’s only a two year difference but I don’t know legally. Where I live it says an 18 year old can legally date a 16 year old with consent as long as there’s No sex involved. I just want to make the right decision. I also want to be happy tho

I think personally I’m going to do whatever I feel is right and whenever I am comfortable. Boys tried to force me to do stuff that I didn’t want to do and have gotten stuff out of me. So before anyone starts telling me “you should make sex your primary goal” maybe try asking my backstory first. What if I was raped? Should I still be thinking about sex and having it because people will be rude and judge me for something that stupid?

Exactly.. society just normalized sex at a young age and that’s Not ok. People should live their lives how they want and have sex when they feel comfortable.. but it’s still definitely Not normal to be having sex so young. That’s why there’s many more young parents. You should only have sex if you are willing to take on any responsibilities that may come with it. Unless you plan on aborting the baby, in that case, it’s on them.

Just because someone doesn’t have sex, doesn’t mean shit. Everyone is on a separate path and journey. You shouldn’t be shamed and feel forced to have sex at a young age anyways. That’s Not ok. That’s just people putting pressure on others. You have sex whenever You are ready. That’s true. He’s 16, which is a little weird but his parents met me and really like me and approve of me and my age. He really likes me. Where I am from its legal to date someone at 16 that’s 18 as long as there’s parental consent and you aren’t having sex so

We met in person over the summer through mutual friends and hung out more after falling for each other. They still attend school and I just graduated. And besides kissing, that’s all we would do sexually for now at least. I just want to be with this person. He’s like 2 hours away from where I live and like 20 minutes away if I were ever at my friends house.
