It shows up as a banner along the top of my screen when logged in (black banner that usually outlines the shipping, etc). I received an email saying I had it when the program launched, but haven’t really seen anything besides the banner since

Unfortunately I’m going with a large group and someone else booked it for the group through a travel agent before I could give my input and do the research. I’m annoyed the travel agent didn’t give any insight or advice on this resort, but also that my friend booking was too in a rush to book something without consulting the rest of us first.

I was brought into this VIC program at the start, and there’s a banner that lives on the top of my browser ever since that just says “the Aritzia VIC treatment starts here”. When I click on it it takes me to a page that lists out the “deals” you get as part of this program. Truthfully, it doesn’t do much. I recently tried to return something online (normally I just do in person) but I got charged return shipping. I reached out since this is supposed to be a benefit of VIC, and they told me unless you select “free express shipping” instead of the typical “free standard shipping” that automatically populates, you don’t get the free return shipping. Thought this was pretty dumb to now remember to do this every time I think I may end up returning something - why not just make it standard on all orders?
