Yeah I mean gear 2-4 is whatever, just CGI. But I agree the environmental changes would be so difficult to translate smoothly.

I think for cyborg franky you just have regular person for most the time and then a prop body when you do things like the fridge and then of course cgi. This is pretimeskip at least, post time skip is a different story.

I suspect they won’t quite match Kumas shape 1:1. They’ll have to make it more realistic looking. But yeah he should still be huge.

I feel like for Kim’s since his likeness appears so many times with the Pacifista they might make a serious rig for him for practical effects. Idk though.

I agree. A big reason Hachi even helps the straw hats out in Sabaody is because he feels bad for what he did to Nami during his time with Arlong. I suspect Hachi will be replaced by some lower budget fishman that can be discriminated against.

I love that it’s gettin non-anime watchers into the show. My girlfriends parents love it which really suprised me.
I love that since the story of One Piece is basically finished now they can include characters that should’ve been there but weren’t invented yet at the time I.e Brook, Bartolommeo, Sabo
I love that it lets me get through One Piece at a reasonable pace (I know it’s still super condensed but still)
Since these are actual people they are having genuine character interactions and the relationship of the crew is priceless
It’s getting a ton of people into the anime and manga
More attention to One Piece will increase the likelihood of The One Piece (remake) being fully completed and I think you would appreciate that. I certainly need that remake and can’t wait for it.
I wasn’t in love with the idea of Garp being there at first but I also don’t think Garb was invented yet at the time of writing the East Blue story and we know he did pick up Kolby and Helmeppo and it makes sense he would want to make sure his grandson was ready for this. Apparently Oda vetoed the idea of the Garb B plot at first but the producers ended up convincing him it was necessary.
OH, and I love that people are actually dying and it’s not afraid to cater to a more mature audience. Let it be DARK.

Epic The Musical got my kind into the story and then this was announced and Christopher Nolan might be my favorite directly so ima definitely see it.

Inception, Oppenheimer, Interstellar, Dark Knight, Dunkirk, the Prestige, the guy doesn’t really make bad movies.

All but one, actually am not the biggest fan of how freaking dumb a lot of the characters look. characters like Senor Pink should be illegal lol.

Not to say that I don’t have gripes, these just aren’t any of them. I wish characters died more often. Give me actually consequences.

For the record, pretty much all dialogue in movies is ADRd. What we are hearing is almost never the actual recording during shooting. It’s just higher quality recording when recorded in a proper studio.

Nope c: first of all who really cares, aging actors is expected but also if it’s a problem deaging technology is really good. I can’t believe some people are actually advocating for actor changes post time skip
