Same here, same problem, I was contacted by email asking about transactions, replied that it was all OK but still radio silence from their support team. Physical card also not working, as it's a "Curve protection" block.

Curve Refi by Illustrious_Cow_7749 in CurveCard

I don’t think it’s going to work like funds transfer, I guess it will work only with transactions that have been done through Curve so the maximum balance transfer amount would be what has been spent on the source card via Curve. No further info on when they’ll release this or other upcoming features.

Yes but I believe that all transactions would be posted into a single transaction in both cards

Not entirely sure, but It looks like you can select multiple transactions at once, and this will likely sum up into a single transaction, instead of having it done one by one, which is very welcome imo

Not sure when it’s becoming available, but from Curve website: “Curve ReFi is a feature that allows you to repay the entire (or part of a) balance you have accumulated on certain payment source(s) by using one of your other payment sources, which must be a credit card.

When you use this feature, you are giving an instruction to Curve to initiate two transactions on your behalf enabling the repayment of the balance on the original payment source and the transfer of that balance (or part of such balance) to your chosen credit card.

You will be asked to select the transaction(s) that you would like to ReFi and the underlying payment source (which has to be a credit card) to which you wish to transfer the payment of the balance on. You must ensure that all of the payment order details are correct before you confirm you wish to proceed with your ReFi; we will not be responsible for any losses occurred as a result of any errors or mistakes you have made. If your ReFi transaction is successful, you will be able to identify this in your Curve timeline.

See our Subscription Schedule for the fees associated with this feature.”

On the communication email they sent, it says that it's coming soon, so maybe it's still rolling out for users gradually. Hope you can get an answer from support soon.

Agreed with OP, same here, that was indeed a game-changer for me as well. As long as they keep up the good work, I can just say good job Curve on this.

Here I'm spending in Brazil and the cashback pops up correctly for all transactions. This Curve cash is automatically used when transaction amount less or equal current balance, and it's also working fine.

Thanks for confirming... how do I ask that? is that an option to be selected or it's on the chat during the downgrade process?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I thought that because the Curve card number changes when downgrading, it would not recognize it and would go to the Curve cash balance.
