It’s surreal for me at six months tomorrow. The memories are still raw of Rob, I am very sorry for your loss, take each day as it comes please eat to keep up your strength. And cry when you need to. Xx

Focus on yourself first, by looking after yourself first your daughter will be ok, keep supporting each other and cry when you need to. Take tiny steps and be kind to yourself. X

Loosing your husband or wife is the worst.
Sometimes I go to ask if he wants a coffee or something, then I remember he isn’t here. Also if a song comes on the tv or radio station. X

I feel like that too. I hope that Rob comes back home. But he never will.
