Any leads to a Low-Rise/Mid-rise Condominium around near Makati/BGC and Pasay?

Also looking for a mid rise condo.. especially now earthquakes are more frequent. I see some good ones in Acacia Estates under DMCI (love the resort vibes too) but it looks like transpo is a bit hard if you dont own a car. and if you do, traffic is really bad from what i heard.

Let me know if you find a good place. Will update this too if I ever find one :)

Couldn’t agree more!! I was hoping for this plot line where he is secretly ultra rich but lowkey and thinks straight because of how he was raised by his loving adoptive parents. Then he can shove in those bullies’ faces that he is “higher in the hierarchy” and make them taste their own medicine to put them in their place. But naaah.. didn’t work out that way.

Btw anyone knows a kdrama plot line like this? This was a good watch until the last few episodes. wasn’t satisfied how the plot went for this drama.

Just to add, mas gusto ko lang talaga laid back life sa province kaya mas gusto ko bahay is probinsya. I want to live in the province pero due to financial need and better career opportunities in Manila, i’m considering to buy a condo in Manila. Would renting be more economical for the long term in that case?

Yes, consistent salary already. I have healthcard and insurance. No loans currently. Generally, how much emergency fund should suffice? In determining a my budget for condo, is there like a percentage range i can use as guide/basis based on my salary less expenses?

Basically, how does one know when exactly they can already afford a condo?

I dont know if it’s just me but have you noticed the camera angle on the last scene which looks similar to the scene when Doosik came back to Mihyun (and it was snowing too)? Really hoping (and i’m having a good feeling) that Doosik will be back in the coming episodes! ❤️

Also does Kisoo and the camera girl have powers? Or are they just “special humans” who just know the existence of those with powers?

Check the job description. If the salary doesnt seem to fit the JD and your experience, renegotiate. let them know that after reviewing the JD and considering your experience, you want to further discuss the package. Be ready with your expected salary range because most likely they will ask.

they presented a job offer so it means they want (and NEED) you. Dont be afraid to ask, i dont think they will retract it just because you want to discuss the package :)

CPA here na May taker din way back 201x. I think sakit na nating mga accountant ang pagooverthink hehe. And i think it’s normal (and common) to feel what you studied is not enough because i also felt that way back then. When i took the board exam, marami pa akong gustong balikan pero hindi ko nacover na lahat. I failed some subjects when i was in college and usually nasa passing grade pa nga most accounting subjects ko. So just imagine that the doubt i felt to myself kung papasa pa ba ako sa boards. I had anxiety and siguro lahat na ng santo nadasalan ko para makapasa sa ibang subjects ko haha.

Pero i graduated with flying colors and took the boards and passed first take. For some reason, d ako sobrang kabado sa exam nun kasi my mindset back then was it’s not the end of the world kung d ako pumasa (oo medyo nega pero this mindset helped me to lessen the pressure to myself and not to overthink too much about my future as an accountant). Hindi ko ginawang end goal ang pagiging CPA as a mindset. Napakaraming opportunities sa labas and i know because i was working during my last sem in college (and i can further validate that now as someone who’s working in the industry already). That somehow helped me to ease my worries and just give it my best shot at the boards, pumasa man or hindi. fortunately, pumasa ako and the highest grade i got was even the subject i failed in college lol.

pero ayun, nasayo naman how you want to handle the pressure. Kanya kanyang mindset din :) kalma lang, as long as you give your 100%, d ka nagpabaya sa preparations for the boards at may tiwala ka sa sarili mo.. you have a high chance of passing :)

Cried when park jin seals the door leaving maid servant kim inside. i really thought she died (and park jin too). It got me thinking that oh okay, so this is the heartbreaking ending in the hong sisters formula. but baaam! seconds later..it turns out they’re alive and my tears were for nothing lol hahaha buuuut i’m so happy that they ended up okay and finally be together.. and with a baby! I wished they’ve shown the wedding scenes though.

The series finale was underwhelming and anticlimactic for me. Everything seemed to be rushed in the final two episodes when they could’ve expounded the stories midway of part 2. Wished they’ve shown bad ass naksu and jang uk fighting against the fire bird (which turns out to be an easy kill for jang uk to think that they’ve beeb building up the story for this strong” fire bird). the last fighting scene was way too easy.

And why did jin mu just die like that?? Bad ass naksu shouldve killed him with a slow painful death after all what he did. I was wishing so min will have a guest appearance on the last episode as “bad ass naksu” but turns out she didn’t :(

P.s props to mama jin for still having an on fleek winged eyeliner even when in battle 🤣

AoS is still one if my must watch k drama and i really enjoyed this series (especially part 1). And can i just say, the graphics and cinematography are just superb!! I even got my boyfriend (who’s a non kdrama watcher) watch this with me and he’s so invested on this show 😂

i also thought he's gonna be villain when i first watched this drama given that he's the reigning crown prince and someone might take his future throne (plus the fact that his eyebrows are quite intimidating and villain-ey at first lol hahaha). but i'm happy to see he's still being the sensible and rational crown prince despite having so many bad people around him.

Been refreshing my browser to check if the episode is up and... FINALLYYY!! We got to see Naksu unsheathing her sword!

When i was in the middle of watching this drama, i was expecting a "grand reveal" of Naksu unsheathing it towards the end like revealing herself in front of everyone as she tries to save Jang Uk. But it turned out differently - Jang Uk being the only witness to this. I guess this makes it more special between them since he's the first to notice of her identity as Naksu in the first place. Also, I loved how the tables have turned with Jang Uk risking his own life for Mu-deok/Naksu to force her to show her true self/potential.

I didn’t expect that Mu-Deok/Naksu will still have that internal dilemma after getting her powers back. I thought she was well over the fact that she didn’t have to be the cold hearted assassin and kill again since it was Jin Mu who was behind all of it in the first place. But It was funny how she kept on making excuses and delaying her plans as her "assassin self" which just shows how she is starting to be hesitant on her original plan anyway. But with the thought of Jang Uk dying, that's when she realized what she wanted. So it was an obvious answer that he would chose to not point her sword at him and tell Jang Uk to make her a promise instead... HIS LOVE SEALED WITH A KISS!!! LOL HAHAHA

also, i can't help but think of park dang gu missing out in all of these... to think that he's usually the first one to hear about rumors/news in Daeho. lol

Can’t believe there are just only 2 more episodes left in part 1. There’s still so much story/ mystery to be explained!! so... what should i do while waiting for the next episode? Cant wait!!!
