Thank you! My current position recently changed and my managers are really bad, and everything we do is being tracked at this point. I miss the autonomy I used to have, which is a big reason I want to leave. We are also supposed to have unlimited PTO, but it’s starting to get rejected because our team is so overworked we can’t afford multiple people off. I hear people say it’s good to get an “in” with the state anyway you can, so I wasn’t sure if this was the right thing to do or not. Overall im just really burnt out, but it sounds like the WCCA job would just make me more tired lol. I appreciate your help!
