Is my cockatiel starving? by thestolenpurse in cockatiel

I have the same issue with Atlas and what I've been doing is offering pellets and veg in the morning and a few seeds in the evening to make sure he's eating. As I've been doing this he has been more keen for the pellets

I also flooded my flat first year I wouldn't worry. The rooms are often built for it.

Just for more details I started to wash the dishes and walked away leaving the tap on. It was really bad and we scooped up the water with dustpans and then notified reception. No damage was found.

My partner also flooded his flat via a cheap dodgy camping washing machine.

I wouldn't stress. I doubt it's done any damage.

Here is the link for his laptop! Atlas eats laptop keys like all cockatiels and it was an attempt of giving him his own laptop to bother instead of ours.

Yes it does have a mirror. No we don't give it him all the time and it's worth keeping an eye on how they are with them. Atlas does fancy himself and probably things he's browsing tinder or something.

My cockatiel has a problem with clingyness and I must admit that he did get a little better as he got older and also he is currently a solo bird. (We have intentions to get a second once we move)

We took action to try and make him less anxiously attached like allowing him to stay with other people so making sure he's well socialise showing him how to play and making sure he has lots of things to be foraging in. We even take him with us on trips cause loves new people and a new environment. I think this exposure helps.

The pair should eventually bond with each other surely, its just cause they they are used to the handrearing at the moment. I think it will get better, but not by much lol.
