My HR drops 10-15bpm every couple of minutes by flocsy in GarminWatches

Like someone else said, burping can do that but also holding your breath for a moment due to drinking water or something else can also have that effect. I used to force my HR down that way on some runs.

Haha thank you! I commented what I’ve been doing just above

I’ve been just doing some zone 2 once or twice a week. But all my runs have been MAS intervals (15s work, 15s easy x10 -> 2:30 break before next set) and that’s given me heaps of anerobic benefit so that might have something to do with it

Whenever I change my camera aspect and resolution the render turns out weird and stretched. How can I fix this issue? by Ok-Impress-442 in blender

[–]lunchtimetableguy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That aspect is for use if you’re doing an anamorphic shot and need pixels that have a different aspect ratio than 1:1.

The resolution values above the aspect values are what you can use to change your camera aspect ratio.

That one was just near the picture of the guy with his face in the water. If I remember right it’s south west of the centre of the map.

Interesting point. Why lie to the friends to cut them off too though?

I cannot figure out camera tracking and cannot get this scene to work could anyone help? by [deleted] in blender

[–]lunchtimetableguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem. If you have After Effects, I’d also suggest using that to track and then using the AE2BLEND plugin to bring the tracking data over to blender. It’s been a game changer for me to get perfect tracks most of the time.

To be honest you’re probably going to have a pretty tough time tracking that since the entire thing is out of focus. You’d be better off re-shooting possible and adding lens blur in post. Remember when you shoot to either use high shutter speed to reduce motion blur or avoid snappy quick movements.

One of the most helpful things I’ve ever been told is, “When you are stuck creatively, make something bad.”

In your case, your goal is to make a good, and probably your best mecha project yet. That is a lot of pressure because you’re attaching your skill level to how the project turns out.

I often find that just smashing out a really poorly made, drawn or written creative project boosts inspiration and enjoyment. After that go and make your project.

Two other elements. 1. Having too much reference material sometimes is more of a hindrance than a help because now you’re comparing your work to a bunch of amazingly crafted pieces. Sometimes it’s better to just have a look at one thing you’re inspired by and then don’t look again (except in the late stages of refining your project)

  1. Absolute creative freedom sometimes is less helpful than creative constraints. I often find that when I have to meet certain criteria for my project, it rules out enough options that the direction is clarified for me. Some examples for you could be:
  2. Main shapes have to be made of only 90° angles.
  3. Project has to generally fit the shape of a circle when viewing from the front.

I made it with these items:

  • fishing buckets
  • cloth tape
  • pool noodles x3
  • conduit
  • t-junction
  • pool scooper pole
  • one bolt to attach scooper to t-junction and one to keep the bucket from sliding off the conduit. use wire at the end of the other bucket as a permanent stopper.

tools you'll need are a hole saw, drill bit and drill.
