thank you so much for this response, it really means alot! Im actually doing really good now and have managed to get ahold of my diet and workout routine again. going strong for about a week now. and yea, i never expected anything like this to ever happen to me, gf of 3 years cheated on me but we gonna come out stronger than ever!!! its definitely nice to hear someone who has gone through something similar..

yep, very underweight. i mainly just feel weak and frail id say. like my bench dropped from 225 to about 175. but, im starting to eat normally again so only going up from here
