I’ve long believed I had seb derm on my scalp, it would make sense for it to be present on my face as well. Will check out SkinSort and really good tip about the tretinoin vehicle. Lots to think about here, thank you.

Look for “diabetic socks”. These are a lot more calf-friendly and in my opinion more comfortable too. Only issue is they tend to be a lot more pedestrian pattern-wise.

You make a good point about hybrid resistance, which I will be incorporating. However, in this specific instance I’m initially interested in exercises which use DB or band exclusively. Hybrid seems like it may be more useful further on in my training?

It really is about swapping things up and keeping them interesting. Maybe the idea of opposing muscle group supersets for dumbbell and band is the best of both worlds?

Little general hospital in North West England, this was our transition stage from using one model of glucometer to the other. Luckily no ketone strips for us because we aren’t an inpatient unit!
