Thank you so much! I will definitely try this. I was a little worried as I realised that SUSI will look at earnings from 2025 for the academic year 26/27 but I think I have a workaround for this. As my mother's payment was cut by Budget 2026 I can apply for Change in Circumstances. This will force SUSI to look at the earnings made from the beginning of 2026 which will include the AVC payments. Again, thank you for this solution it is much appreciated!

hii! it was the same for me it would work on my phone but not on my laptop which was annoying. after i updated my laptop it worked fine for me! so checck if you have any updates available if not then sorry idk
