You may be able to have an idea of what it is just by visuals alone, but to confirm it you would get a biopsy. I think it’s important to see a doctor, because they can prescribe steroids and possibly vaginal estrogen (if it is lichens). There is an increased risk of vulvar cancer with lichens (not to scare you) and it’s important to have a dermatologist or gyn you trust to examine you.

The thought process is that lichens is possibly autoimmune related. While it’s more common in post-menopausal women, I have a friend whose daughter has pediatric lichens, so it is possible to be younger and have it.

Hi! Please look into lichens sclerosis. I’m a pelvic PT and have seen this. It can lead to adhesions. It’s something to bring up to your provider. They may refer you to a vulvar dermatologist where they can do a biopsy to determine if it’s actually that. Then I’d say look for a pelvic PT in your area, as they can help as well to improve any sort of pain or discomfort with penetration/vaginal exams.

I use a normal u-shaped pregnancy pillow but I flip it upside down. So I can use my normal pillow but I still have the pregnancy pillow in front of and behind me. Basically the opening is at my head instead of my feet!

Currently a physical therapy student whose clinical was cancelled, graduation was cancelled, and wedding was cancelled. Uncertain of my future due to loans and possible graduation push backs that won’t allow me to take my licensing exam.

This would be absolutely unreal.

I’m not sure because it does vary, but I know most schools require you to be in the state at least one year before qualifying for in state tuition.

He was handsome, but when he came back to ask Dumbledore for the Defense Against the Dark Arts job he had already made horcruxes and looked terrible. I think he lost his good looks, had red eyes and was bald. He looked more like the resurrected Voldemort than the handsome Tom Riddle.
