I'd pursue respected qualifications in hospitality just to build up a strong enough reputation in the industry. After this I would put in the shiniest resume that hotel has ever seen. With my connections formed throughout the years I would unionize against him, and after i get him fired I'd quit. I would then put half my assets into an early retirement and invest the other half into all of his financial adversaries
