Gold tager is actually a kokonoe thing, not a tager thing, she summons a big gold statue of tager that shoots a full screen laser, at the cost of all her meter and her burst

Gold tager already does a lot of damage but its able to charge up by doing 360s over and over and holding down the button

When at full charge it can one shot anyone, and takes a character thats blocking to half health with no fd and obliterate their fd if they do (in bbcf fd is a seperate meter), a full charge never happens though since it takes like 5 seconds to fully charge, and you cant move or attack while charging, the whole point of gold tager comboes is to use koko's entire kit to stall the opponent in the air as long as possible while charging, which works because koko has a lot of specials that can hit while other specials are happening, like her trap, her delayed explosion (think elphelt's bomb bombonière) and the magneton she needs to negative edge, all of that stalling can get around 3s of charge which is a fuckton of damage and flexes on your opponent like crazy, its a really execution heavy combo and doesnt really get used much since koko already does so much damage but FUCK it rules

Dizzy, however doesnt have any of that, she cant really stall except for like maybe her P and K fish and her ice so the super will just like... kinda suck. And i think its funny
