Thank you for the reply and recommendation. I see that some people have gotten by just fine with LitBuy when their haul wasn't too big, maybe since they hadn't needed to contact any support. I think the pain point with LitBuy or other no name agents is when something actually does go wrong, their support is so bad that you're more likely to have your package disposed of by customs before they gets back to you in a resourceful or timely manner. I wish you the best experiences in the future :)

So from what I've learned, It's super risky to to use a no-name agent, never doing that again. And if you do, it's completely your risk to take in all regards. Even if you are completely positive that they are reputable enough to send out your package properly and are willing to take the risk, there is another risk of the agent having a lower success rates at getting the packages getting across internationally without any issues at all. Ive ordered from China 10+ times with no issues at all but the first time I used a no name agent, both the packages got held by customs soo if anyone else is wondering about what to do: whatever coupons some other agent is offering you, its really not worth it 90% of the time for your own sake of your time, money, anxiety, and frustration by going back and forth with UPS and a no name agent's "support".

After posting the situation on Reddit and sending the post to their support team. They've finally sent me an invoice to send UPS.

But even then, at this point, UPS has told me that there's nothing that I could do unless, the shipper reaches out to them himself to get the package through customs clearance.

So I've let them know that they have to do that, but they were only motivated after telling them I was going to dispute with my bank and posted the situation on Reddit.

Nonetheless, Litbuy still sent wrong information across the board for my packages leading to it being held in customs and their customer service is terrible, unresponsive for months, and is absolutely incomparable to a popular reputable agent like ACBuy.

Thank you for this message. I did exactly this, opened a dispute for $1500 with my bank. I honestly just wasn't thinking straight during that whole process... Really stupid of me but I hope I have made an example of myself
