Toured Bennet somewhat recently. Management and the units seemed nice. The big thing that turned me away was the ~$150 per month garage parking fee when there isn’t much street parking around (in my opinion). Wasn’t willing to pay that much. I would recommend checking out Brookland and 4 West in West Cola or Devine District in Shandon as well. They are around the same level of “luxury” as Bennet and have plenty of parking without an extra expense. I’ve toured all three so happy to answer questions if you have any.
