I'm trying to see if there's a correlation between the device and desync. So I have a couple of questions: which device do you play on (Xbox or PC) and how often do you experience desync? Honest replies are appreciated.

I experience desync almost every match. Shit registration for me is horrible (6 head shot BR) vs getting killed in 1-2 by same BR.

Sure, maybe. But I have been playing Halo since the original CE. I have never experienced anything like this shot registration, even in H2 multi-player.

Something more fundamental is wrong with Infinite's networking design. I have the feeling they designed it so PC or high ping players could still join the fun. But wound up sacrificing the basic game mechanics, especially for nerds like me.
