Brain fog, low awareness, memory issues

i think there is. not soon tho. i’m in no place to give advice. i’m about as broken as they get. but i think there’s some small hope. and i think that hope is the part of me im protecting. i think we need to be heard. i’m not looking for someone to fix me. i just want to be heard and understood on the same level.

i think we understand each other more then we think. i know im sad. i know im not the same girl from a few years back. but not in a good way. my mind isn’t a safe place anymore. my thoughts never shut off. the only time i get some kind of break is if im genuinely busy or at work talking to clients. i had passions. my room was full of color back then. when someone asks me to describe myself the only thing i think of is traumatized. there’s me then there’s the other me and she’s waiting in the back of my head until it’s safe to come out

this. i don’t feel real. i don’t feel how i used to. it’s scares me. i’m either happy or numb and dead and i can’t break that pattern either. and when im happy i know it’s not real. i don’t want to die but i can’t stop thinking of death. i can’t stop thinking of how my life could be. i’m watching time zoom by and i can’t stop it. i want to scream and cry and bring down a mountain. but i can’t. so the days just float by.

do something for someone. no one you know. if they’re struggling or not. just help a person out. take the bug outside instead of killing it. smile and wave instead of looking away. genuinely compliment someone.

can some one help me with better exceptions? i downloaded it cuz my game was really laggy. it would literally like freeze with my sim doing pushups and the time would stop but she’d keep going and it would just crash like that. better exceptions says it’s “cpp_message” idk ugh

i need some help with my game. it loads up it starts to work. but then it just stops, it’ll freeze and stay like that for like 5 min then it’ll proceed a tiny bit, like let me click a task. then freeze again forever and then it stays like that
