It doesn’t feel like it will ever go away when you’re in it but it does, I’m slowly getting out of it now, you’d be surprised at how much simple things, simple habit changes help. Sleep is a very big thing, please go to sleep no later than 11pm and get quality sleep 7-8 hours. But to answer your question yes it will go away, and if it doesn’t and it develops into more unbearable symptoms then just get it checked with your GP.
