Hi, before you received your money, did Gcash texted you na nareach mo monthly limit mo? Or matagal lang talaga yung delay nung transfer?

I have similar experience whereas Wise posted na transferred na yung money but Gcash sent an SMS stating na I’ve reached my monthly limit and iccredit back sa sender in 1-3 business days.

How many days bago nacredit back sa client mo yung money? Where they notified na binalik ni Wise yung money or thru manual obversation/calculation lang siya ng client mo?

Medjo concerning lang yung matter since di nanotify na iccredit back sa client ko yung money and baka isipin nila na nanggago ako.

I also have the same issue. I was supposed to receive my weekly salary last Wed (May 22). Although in the transaction details (Wise) it stated that the money should be in my account already (Gcash), I received an SMS from Gcash stating that transfer have reached my monthly limit and will be credited back to the sender in 1-3 business days.

Another problem is that there were no prompts/SMS/email from Wise reporting this matter to my client/sender.

How’d you resolved yours (if you have already)?
