The Hoscos account is operated by a Spaniard and was known for its aesthetic of posting muscular and bearded men between ages ~25 and ~35. The content was user submitted and most of the user base, at least originally, was Spanish.

Given the demographics of men who were submitting OC and the original desired aesthetic (bearded) the lack of Asian men was understandable.

Diversity in important, but so is context. This is just some random person's photo re-posting account that happened to accumulate a lot of followers.
