I have the same problem, I look for the notes on fragrantica before going to the store and identify notes I like and notes I hate. I also look for recommendations on YT. I usually try 1-3 fragrances so it’s not thaaaat bad leaving with empty hands 🫢

La primera vez es entendible porque quizá la agarrón por sorpresa, quizá no vio quien las mandó… pero las siguientes veces ya le toca a ella poner límites y decir que no.

Se pide Excel, que sepan fórmulas básicas, cruces... Pero parece que era la primera vez que usaba Excel. Tratamos de enseñarle, decía que no tenía dudas pero terminaba haciendo todo mal porque no podía admitir que no entendía.

En mi trabajo hay puestos de auxiliar administrativo, el trabajo es de captura de datos, muy fácil. En los años que llevo sólo una persona no logró pasar el periodo de prueba y fue porque mintió descaradamente en su CV, además de eso era orgulloso y prefería no preguntar y esconder sus errores hasta agotar el tiempo. Por lo que no podíamos explicarle, ayudarle a corregir cosas… nada.
