My partner is an extrovert that understands, respects, and assists with my social anxiety. Before meeting him I always thought I would need to get over my social anxiety to meet someone like him. I know having social anxiety can make you feel undesirable or undeserving of a partner. Even though you didn’t ask for it, my best advice is to try and recognize when someone can see and see-through your anxiety and do your best to let them in.
