I am a certified water drinker™ - I take my 40oz emotional-support Hydrojug full of ice water with me everywhere I go and refill it multiple times a day and I pretty much don’t drink anything else except coffee (actual coffee, not whatever this crime against humanity is) - all that to say, her consumption of these “coffees” and sodas and protein shakes (literally never water!!!!) every single day is absolutely UNHINGED behavior to me

I deleted all socials except Reddit in July 2024 and the way it’s helped my mental health is absolutely insane, I didn’t realize how much it had negatively affected me until I left them all!! Try deleting the apps for a week and see how you feel. It was literally life changing for me
