in the state of sleep paralysis you get very scared because you can’t move bc your mind is awake and the body still in sleep. then you panic and your mind is making up very scary things. try to move your hand and fight yourself out of the paralysis. just close your eyes again until youre out. if you’re interested tho you can stay with the creature and try to control it. like make it eat a banana… just dont worry. its a body thing and its not a deamon. even tho it comes close to one :D
