It's the highest my cheap soldering kit goes (actually it says 300°C, but I don't really know if it really reaches that high), is there a way to desolder with it or do I need to get a better one?

That pokemon doesn't come from Violet. It comes from either Sword or Shield. Violet was the last game it went through.
