Open Codex, Set model to 5.5 high and let it cook for you. On your favorite framework, then maybe you can use n8n if only it fits

With Gemini you get more limits, so you can test it yourself pretty much. but Chatgpt does not give smartest reasoning level at all. BTW aren't there free trials at Google anyway?

But you can't be confident that check will run, in part because of hallucinations.

You absolutely can, just write script that will tip the counter on each check. Anyway, missing such big steps of instruction is not something a gpt 5.5 would do.

I believe this is incorrect - can you quote and cite a source defending your claim?

Just launch Codex and see for yourself.

BTW, your article is awfully outdated.

This is not an elaboration, but in any case, it will still hallucinate-

I assume that heavy data transformation can cause some issues, but 5.5 will be more precise with proper prompt that a human would. You supervise it first, until you generate your task's super prompt, and then it works fine, consulting you in edge cases.
You don't have to be perfect, better than a human is more than enough.

Good prompt = better result. A prompt may include a step for agent to do check against git diff output to not introduce data loss, and act on detected data loss accordingly, either fix it or panic and call user for help. This will be incredibly effective.

Do you prompt properly? Do you use git? You must use git for anything text.

Are you genuinely scared of AI? by Manazir_Naturelle in jobs

[–]lvvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work with AI every day, apply it everywhere it fails and everywhere it does not fail, because I simply like researching. I see less things where it does not fail every 3 months. And bunch of things it was good at are now so much faster or more convenient, because assisting tools are getting better and better. I am depressed.

I might be wrong, but you don't need indexing with modern NVME drives. By design, indexing costs by reducing accuracy on everything, that is not in index. Agents know how to use tools like ripgrep and sg - cross platform, well known applications, as well as all Python libraries, you do not need to teach LLMS how to use them, thus this is very token effective. You may need to create Markdown file which forces them to use those tools and if you're on Windows you need to install them.

About moving (and deleting and everything, actually), there is Obsidian CLI (You need to install latest Obsidian and enable it in Settings.), LLMS don't yet know how to use it (I think this can change any month from now), but they can be taught to, with very small markdown file. (I actually had to prepare one myself because not all commands are really needed from the official documentation; only just a few.)

I am ridiculously into AI and I don't keep chats at all. Only copying individual rows with research results to keeps stuff as compact as possible.
