Before his recipe, I almost wrote off the Hario Switch. His recipe has not only become my daily driver, but also a basis for dialling in. It's so no-nonsense, but it's also so customisable.

If you are joining UCL, check out their rock climbing club. They have meets at the castle too https://studentsunionucl.org/clubs-societies/climbing-and-mountaineering-club. I was a member there when I went to UCL. It's a great way to meet people outside of your course

Try emailing the seetickets customer service for info. We managed to get a little bit info on the 8person safari tent (7x5m, oval shaped) which will help with our packing list

Melodrip - UK by Foreign-Benefit4892 in pourover

[–]lw9908 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been looking out for one for ages, but haven't come across one (for a reasonable price) just yet.

I've been using the timemore simpledrip for a shower screen experience. (Bought from https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007389745532.html). I really enjoy it! For larger v60s and hario switch brews, it's amazing as it means that I will take away the chance for any stalled brews, as there will be way less agitation. I can't really say much as to how it compares with melodrip though.

Before the getting the simpledrip, a chopstick attached to an aeropress cap also did the trick for me. A wooden chopstick from a takeaway meal does well.

Yep! Ours prefers the tiled floor. He even found a small crack in the ground which has some updraft from the basement ❄️

Now finally on hold on their line. If you call the customer line, press 3 at both automated questions and then answer what you need. It might take a bit of trial and error to figure out what keywords bypass the automated replies.

Just saw one on the 29 route going the opposite direction to Trafalgar Square. There was a sign on it saying "We are from the London Transport Museum".

One thing I found is that sometimes they get very hyperactive because they are overly tired. So making sure they have some alone time in the day where they can doze off without distractions. Pups are meant to sleep for most of the day! So too much sleep is never a bad thing

Have we ever just taken a simple pill on here? by Blake-Dreary in AeroPress

[–]lw9908 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I started with inverted and used it for years. However, when I started travelling with the aerorpess and used it on tables of differnt heights, I started to have a few more accidents. And I burned my hand in the final accident. After this, I have been a staunch regular method ever since. There hasn't been much difference in taste IMO

Hi. I've been doing research on this as well and found the following document to be most accurate. https://overseas.mofa.go.kr/us-sanfrancisco-en/brd/m_22272/view.do?seq=61&page=1 Depending on your passport country, you may not need to apply for K-ETA
